The folks at Fantasy Yirma have gone for defensive players as their picks for GW 13. If you’re looking to bring in a defender who is sure to do well week in and week out, then look no further than Arsenal’s Mertesacker. Yirma’s other two key picks are Glen Johnson and Ron Vlaar. Visit their website to read their always insightful preview.

Meanwhile, as far as Captains go, FPL Addicts have gone for only strikers as their choices and you can see why. The likes of Aguero, Suarez and Lukaku are in blazing form so if you don’t have at least two of them in your team, you are not going to be near the top of your mini-league until you do. Their detailed match-wise preview is not up yet but their oven-fresh injury and squad news article is a must-read.

Ultra Fantasy Football has also highlighted Aguero as the player to watch and after all HE is the FPL points leader (99 pts, with Ramsey the next best with 79 pts). Their remaining 2 picks are Shane Long and Yohan Cabaye, both are in good form and can perform as great differentials. Visit their website for more information about each individual player’s potential. On another note, the Ultra team have a brilliant iPhone app for fantasy football ($1.99), which the TKTG team is a big fan of.

Last but not least, The Chief @ FPL Hints brings you his GW 13 picks. Aguero also features as his hot pick so the Argentine is definitely one to draft into your squad sooner rather than later. The star picks squad for this week are Cech, Zabaleta, Terry, Coleman, Hazard, Ramsey, Coutinho, Mirallas, Aguero (C), Suarez and Lukaku.

Remember to check out the latest injury reports at Physio Room and be sure to join the TKTG league to win £ 150 for first place and £ 50 for second place. The league code is: 99698-29443 or click here to get added automatically.
